Curing Couch Potato Syndrome

I have three children who are turning into mini couch potatoes! During their spring break, I had difficulty getting them to pry themselves away from the television or computer to see the light of day. I feel like I should be doing something to change this situation, but every time I suggest turning off the television, I’m voted down. How can I get my family back? Please help!
